20世纪80年代中期，因需要到中国高尔夫协会工作。1989年，任第11届北京亚运会高尔夫项目竞赛处处长，1990年成功组织了亚运会高尔夫项目的比赛。
In the mid 80’s, he is asked to work in the China Golf Association. In 1989, he became the director of the Golf project matches department for the 11th Beijing Asian Games. In 1990, he successfully organized the Asian Games golf tournament.

1991年第一个在中学开设了高尔夫课程；1992年创办了社会上第一个高尔夫培训班；1993年首先在大学开设高尔夫课程；1995年在北京高尔夫协会的领导下，创办了北京高尔夫学校。
In 1991, he was the first to open the golf courses in middle school. In 1992, he founded the first golf training class in China. In 1993, he was the first to open the golf courses in universities. The Beijing Golf School was founded by him under the leadership of the Beijing Golf Association in 1995.

近年来，参与了多个高尔夫学校的创建和培训工作，亲自为学生授课，教书育人；在北京市高尔夫排名赛、青少年比赛等多种赛事中出任裁判长，为各个球场培训球童。现兼任《北京晚报》、《北京青年报》、《北京晨报》等报刊杂志高尔夫专栏作者，为我国高尔夫运动的普及、发展和提高默默地奉献着！
In recent years, he has participated in the establishment and training of many golf schools. He personally taught and educated his students. He was the chief referee of the Golf Ranking Tournament in Beijing, the Youth Competitions and many other events. He also provided training to caddie for many different golf courses. He is now a part-time columnist and writer for the "Beijing Evening News", the "Beijing Youth Daily", the "Beijing Morning Post" and other golf magazines and newspapers. He is stilly contributing to our country in popularizing, developing and raising the standard of the sports of golf!

包志坚(Mr. Peter Pau)
包志坚先生，原日立数据系统亚太区、北亚区副总裁。美国伊利诺州科技大学电脑硕士，IT界知名人士。曾担任美国Amdahl公司多项主管工作长达17年。1985年开始高尔夫球运动。包先生对高尔夫运动有浓厚的兴趣与爱好，积极参与中国高尔夫的各项赛事活动，并全力支持中国高尔夫运动的发展。
Mr. Peter Pau is the former Vice President of Hitachi Data Systems for Asia-Pacific and North Asia. He earned his Master degree in Computer Science from the Technology Institute of Illinois in the United States of America. He is a well known person in the IT industry. Prior to HDS, he has worked for Amdahl in US for 17 years as the directors and in charge person for various capacities. He started to play golf as a sport in 1985. Mr. Pau has very deep interest and love in golf. He has been actively played and participated in many golf events and fully supports the development of golf in China.

曾任《体育博览》杂志社主编，在体育编辑记者中有极高的威望，有较强的号召力。九十年代接触高尔夫球运动，致力于高尔夫球运动的普及和发展，多次参与北京市高尔夫排名赛，青少年比赛等赛事的组织、裁判和宣传工作，为高尔夫运动在中国的推广与宣传做出了巨大贡献，为全面报道在国内的举行各项高尔夫赛事做出了不懈努力。
He was the chief editor of the "Sports Expo". He is popular and has high prestige in the sports editors and reporters circle. He first played golf in the 90’s and has committed in popularization and development of golf. He has many times participated in organizing, refereeing and propaganda of Golf Ranking Tournaments and Youth Competitions in Beijing. He has made tremendous contribution to the promotion and publicity of golf in China, has made much efforts to fully cover the news on golf events held in China.

王懿先生，前日立数据系统中国区总经理，加拿大西门飞莎大学经济及商贸学士，IT界知名人士。王先生一直积极地支持高尔夫各项赛事的举行，并热衷与中国高尔夫运动及其产业的发展。
Mr. David Wong, former General Manager of Hitachi Data Systems in China, earned his Bachelor degree in Economics and Commerce from the Simon Fraser University in Canada. Popular in the IT community. Mr. Wong has been actively supporting various golf tournaments and is keen in contributing to the development of golf industry in China with lots of enthusiasm and passion.

1993年开始涉足高尔夫球运动，致力于高尔夫理论和实践的研究。2000年作为领队兼教练，带领北京青少年高尔夫球代表队，参加全国业余高尔夫比赛取得了较好成绩。2006年随北京高尔夫球队参与了全国体育大会的工作。
In 1993, she began to get involved in golf sports. She was dedicated in golf research in the area of theory and practice. As the team leader and coach in 2000, she led the Beijing Youth golf team to compete in the National Amateur Golf Tournament and had achieved good results. In 2006, she joined the Beijing golf team and participated in the National Sport Convention.
